Je kunt die overal doen. Om je op weg te helpen geef ik je voorbeelden hoe je die in veel voorkomende situaties kunt gebruiken. </p><p>Een van de meest voorkomende is dat je plotseling door &#233;&#233;n of andere emotie wordt overvallen. En die je meestal niet goed uitkomt. Er tegen vechten helpt niet. Dan wordt het erger. </p><p>Deze meditatie helpt wel.</p><p>Bij mij helpt die.</p><p> <em>(Ik wordt natuurlijk  ook regelmatig door emoties overvallen.
